What an amazing photoshoot this was earlier this afternoon at the Digital Media Factory, where Pro photographer Simon Denton shot the beautiful London based model/actress Miss Emily Wyatt, who was the winner of our contest and featured as "The Real Face of Rebecca Newton"!
Photos to be shared soon.
Many thanks to my Publisher Mr Paul Andrews and everyone else at Oak Tree Press and AUK who made this real. It's an incredible feeling for any author to see his characters coming to life!

Correspondence :
@ Lily W. & Margaret J. & Anna S. : We have received so many applications that it was already hard to choose, thus we had to end the contest earlier than planned.
@ Terry B. & Martin R. & Sanny P. & Maria A. : Our winner is a model and actress from London, you will soon see her photographed as Rebecca.
@ Bart T. & Charlie K. : Thank you. He was a Bulldog.
@ Jil H. : No, I don't travel often to the US and when I do it's usually at NYC.
@ Christopher P. : We are all very excited. I will attend my Publishers speeches at the LBF.
@ Steven R. : I guess you mean for a Graphic novel? We can probably work out something with you but need to see samples of your work. Please forward to the publisher any such material and if we decide to do something like that, we'll be in touch.
@ Annie A. : Thank you, we hope it'll be. You can pre-order Rebecca in many on-line stores, including of course Amazon and WaterStones.
@ Dimitri T. : I cant be in their mind, but I don't think it'll be good for either of the Teams or their owners.
Thank you all and take care!

CONTEST ENDS!
Message from the Publishers:
We would like to thank all the girls, models, actresses who have participated in our Contest, in order to find "The Face of Rebecca Newton" for Mario Routi's new upcoming Y/A Mythical Epic Fantasy Novel, "Rebecca Newton and the Sacred Flame".
The participation exceeded our expectations, and therefore we will need to stop the contest at this point and to not continue until the initially given date, as we have already received over a hundred applications and the choice for the winner will be a very hard one.
We will soon contact all the applicants to inform them of the contest's outcome, so please don't send in any more applications.
Thank you all and take care.

It's always so difficult to loose a friend, even if he's a dog and even if you know that he goes to a better place and that you'll see him again in a Higher Dimension, where he'll be waiting for you, you still miss him. Rest in peace my dear companion, I love you and I will never forget you and I will make sure that you'll become immortal, as you'll have a place, not just in my heart but also in my next books.

@ Leo B. & Claire M. & John A. & Cliff C. : My PR team is Midas PR UK.
@ Peter O. & Harry J. & Lia H. : I'm glad you liked the Minotaur illustration, which is Copyrighted by Track7 and initially created for a video game called Thesseis. The Minotaur is a very important character in my book, although you'll find him to be very different to what you've heard till now about those creatures. In other words, my Minotaur, Bull, is a very nice guy.
@ Maria K. & Alexandra A. & Rania W. : The response is huge, but you've got nothing to loose, please do send your photos at info@andrewsuk.com as long as you feel that you fit the description.
@ Garry T. : Sorry, as I've said before, I don't read manuscripts. Please find yourself an Editor.
@ Mario S. : No, I'm not Italian, it's a Pen Name.
@ Andrea U. : My Publisher decided that the narrator of the AudioBook should be a male.
@ Ryan G. & Zac O. : I don't mind. Please contact my Publicist with details regarding your websites etc and what it is exactly that you'd like from me.
@ Spiros X. & Konstantina R. : It'll be available in Greece and the Greek language after late May 2014.
@ Kostas K. : Don't you think that the person who puts his money in the team is the most appropriate to take such decisions than you or I?
@ Corina L. : Will definetaly do a couple of book signings late spring.
Thank you all for the communication and apologies for the delay in replying.

Had a great meeting in Luton with my Publisher Mr Paul Andrews at Oak Tree Press earlier today. I feel very lucky to be among the authors to be published by this Publisher.
Among other things, we went through about a hundred photos from girls, models, actresses etc, who have already applied for the "Rebecca's Face" competition. Such a difficult choice though, so many beautiful girls to choose from.

@ Martha W. : After May we'll organize some book signings, surely.
@ Elena K. : It's for girls who live in the UK and who would be willing to travel to Luton for a day.
@ trello PAOKtsaki : During my 4 months experience in the administration of the Team, I decided that I am not suitable, because I would think and act as a fan, not a manager.
@ Mathew M. : Yes, I have stated many times that to me, Stephen King is one of the best authors of all times. Hmm... The Dark Tower!
@ Anna H. & George K. & Ron S. & Terry J. & Mary L. :
I'm glad that you've downloaded the prologue from my website and that you've enjoyed reading it.
1. Zeus couldn't know that the people would misunderstand the intention behind his decision. Only the Creator would have such an ability.
2. The Gods had won that battle because their numbers were greater and also because they fought with strategy and wisdom, while the Titans, although more powerful, were careless and arrogant.
3. As you'll discover when reading the book, they didn't only place the Flame in the Land of the White Sun, but have kept the main Flame in the Elysian Fields.
4. Painting the universe is nowhere to be found within the Greek or any other mythology. It's my own imagination.

Replies to messages:
@ Jane T. : This book is not available in English. I had written it for a specific reason, a specific readership and a specific country. Thank you for the communication.
@ Brad K. : Yes I've read His Dark Materials, it's brilliant.
@ Charlie B. : I write during the night because there's peace and it's more quite.
@ Frank R. : I could reverse the question: Why wouldn't I use a girl for a main character? But anyway, the book has enough male characters too and I think the girl will be accepted better by both genders.
@ Tania J. : I read at least one book per week. No, I don't read non fiction.
@ Helen P. & Jack W. : In my books I use creatures and beings mostly from the Greek mythology, as well as of my own, but some are presented differently than they are in the mythology.
@ Bob S. : Well, imagine that you are Percy Jackson and that you're going to Narnia to meet with the Lord of the Rings!
Thanks guys! I'll answer more of your messages soon.

I enjoy gathering every now and then with The Cardinals of the Brotherhood of the Cyanize Pope, where interesting and inspiring discussions take place.
In a recent such meeting, a great question was raised:
So, where do Souls go when someone dies?
Several opinions were heard, but the best answer I guess was:
Where it had been before it chose to come here!
I will soon post more from The Cardinals of the Brotherhood of the Cyanize Pope. Things that I find interesting and useful and that they wont mind me talking about.

Joke of the day: Enemies forever!
Two guys, Sam and Tom, who hated each other crash with their cars. Although the cars got destroyed, they weren't hurt.
"We were so lucky," said Sam.
"We sure were," admitted Tom.
"Well, that's a sign from God that we should stop fighting and become friends," suggested Sam.
"I couldn't agree with you more," Tom said and they shook hands.
"Ok, then, let us celebrate our new friendship," said Sam and run towards his ruined vehicle. He immediately came back with two bottles of whiskey and gave one to Tom. "To friendship!" he said.
"To friendship," replied Tom and drank from his bottle. Sam smiled. Tom asked: "Wont you drink?'
"Sure I will, just waiting for the police to come first..."

Hi guys, replying in some of your messages here:
@ Simon K. : No, as I said before, it's 384 pages, Amazon has it wrong but the Publisher will correct it soon.
@ Suzan A. : Rebecca is of average height, slim and athletic, has olive green eyes, long brown hair.
@ George B. : I like and admire many authors, but my "Mentors" are Julius Vern, J. R. R. Tolkien and Stephen King.
@ Maria M. : I think that the Soul is immortal.
@ Brian H. : That's a long discussion. I will reply with a PM in a few days.
@ Ozzy : Nice nickname. I'm a fan of the real one too. So, I think you should write what you like the most and if that's gothic horror, then by all means that's what you should be writing and don't care about how popular the genre is.
@ Lisa P. and Paul T. : Currently in London and yes, it's my fav city on this reality.
@ Ian L. : Sure, will do some book signings at some point, but surely after the book's release which is on the 8th of April 2014.
@ Paris R. and Lia G. : Ah, it's always a pleasure to meet good old friends, so of course I'll let you know. See you soon.
Thank you all for the communication.
